The space
Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The little Normandy".
Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, we can accommodate up to 6 travelers in our charming house. You will be seduced by the room decoration reminiscent of the spirit of the famous Hotel Normandy in Deauville, as well as its outdoor terrace sheltered from view, allowing you to enjoy the first rays of Normandy sunshine.
It consists of:
- Ground floor: A beautiful fully equipped kitchen open to a dining/living area (with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and all necessary equipment for cooking delicious meals).
- On the 1st floor: a beautiful bedroom equipped with a double bed in 140x200cm, storage space, and a small work desk/secretary. You will also find a very beautiful bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower and a magnificent separate bathtub.
- On the 2nd floor: 2 beautiful bedrooms equipped with quality bedding in 140x200cm and wardrobes, as well as a small additional shower room.
- On the 3rd floor: a workspace equipped with a desk for travelers wishing to work remotely in peace. This space can also serve as a playroom for your children.
- The house is spread over 3 levels with stairs and no elevator.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy Trouville while being in a quiet area and less than a 15-minute walk from the beach.
For parking, depending on the season, you can easily park your vehicle near the house. Public parking lots are also located not far from the accommodation.
Available for you free of charge: Bed linen and towels, WiFi, tea, and coffee. A baby cot can be provided (on request only and subject to availability).
Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we thank you for limiting noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to activate the bank guarantee in case of excesses or damages.
Guest access
When staying with us, you will have access to all different parts of the accommodation.
Guest interaction
We will be delighted to welcome you personally to our charming house. Please let us know your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover as efficiently as possible. We wish you an excellent stay with us!
The neighborhood
The house is ideally located in a quiet area, not far from shops and restaurants, less than a 10-minute walk from the train station.
Other things to note
Your host will be available during your stay so you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Check-in will be physically done between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to organize the key handover.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a quality welcome. Please be as precise as possible about your arrival times and notify your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.
In case of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
A valid ID may be requested upon entry. An inventory and photo report of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.
If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
