🎬 Vinyl record player and Smart TV (access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Channel, YouTube).
🏠 A reading and relaxation area. Literature enthusiasts will enjoy the books available.

Loft layout:
- Ground floor: A spacious living area with an impressive 4-meter-high ceiling, an open kitchen, a living/dining area, a romantic corner with a SPA, and a bathroom with an Italian shower (separate WC).
- Upper floor: An open bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and a reading/relaxation area. Naturally, the bed will be lovingly prepared before your arrival :) ⚠️ Slightly steep staircase with railings, ceiling height 1.60 meters.

✅ Included: Bath linens, SPA access, tea, and coffee upon arrival.

🎁 Additional options:
- Parking space in a private outdoor lot (subject to availability).
- Romantic setup with rose petals and half a bottle of champagne (€40).
- Travel cot (on request).

⚠️ Note: Breakfast is not included, but the fully equipped kitchen is ready to enhance your culinary talents!

⚠️ Be respectful: Noise must be limited between 10:30 PM and 8 AM. Parties are strictly prohibited. In case of non-compliance, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and withhold all or part of the deposit.

The neighborhood

🏠 Located in the Notre-Dame district, in the heart of Le Havre, the apartment is just steps from the sea and the main museums. Nearby, you’ll find gourmet restaurants, various shops, and direct access to public transportation.

- Standard check-in: Between 4 PM and 8 PM.
- Standard check-out: Between 8 AM and 11 AM.

⏳ Need more flexibility?
- Late check-in available until 10:00 PM for a €20 fee (payable via the platform or in cash upon arrival).
- Late check-out available upon request, subject to availability and an additional charge.

⚠️ Unexpected delay?
- If you arrive after 10:00 PM, we won’t be able to welcome you in person. However, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to find an alternative solution if feasible.
