The space
Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Stables".
With a maximum capacity of 8 people, the accommodation is composed as follows:
- Ground floor: A superb fully equipped kitchen, open to a living/dining area. A beautiful master suite equipped with quality bedding in 160x200cm and its adjoining bathroom with bathtub completes this level.
- First floor: 3 bedrooms with a sea view, including a master suite equipped with a Queen Size bed in 160 x 200cm, 1 double bedroom also equipped with a Queen size bed, and a third bedroom equipped with 2 single beds in 90x200cm. A third independent shower room is located on the first floor.
- 2 independent toilets.
Outside, you can enjoy a splendid and relaxing setting with a beautiful terrace equipped with an outdoor dining table for 8 people and a beautiful garden offering a view between land & sea.
You can easily park 2 to 3 vehicles inside the property.
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Normandy while being less than a 5-minute walk from the sea, 10 minutes by car from the city center of Honfleur and Deauville.
Available for your use: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The armchairs in the photos are left at your disposal as well as 2 sun loungers and two other outdoor armchairs + 1 charcoal barbecue. Everything is freely accessible under the canopy of the dairy.
Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we thank you for limiting noise between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to activate the bank guarantee in case of excesses or damages.
Guest access
When staying with us, you will have access to all different parts of the accommodation.
Guest interaction
We will be delighted to welcome you personally to our accommodation. Please let us know your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover as efficiently as possible. We wish you an excellent stay with us!
The neighborhood
The house is located in Pennedepie, close to the famous Apreval Manor and less than 10km from Deauville and Honfleur.
Other things to note
Your host will be available during your stay so you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Arrival: Check-in will be physically done between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to organize the key handover.
Departure: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.
We do our best to provide you with a quality welcome. Please be as precise as possible about your arrival times and notify your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.
In case of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
A valid ID may be requested upon entry. An inventory and photo report of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.
If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
