The space
Ma Cocniergerie en Normandie presents you "Cherry Time".
Located in the heart of the famous marinas of Deauville and completely renovated, this superb apartment will seduce you with its contemporary decoration and terrace overlooking the marina. The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a peaceful setting (5 minutes walk from the city center and the casino).
Arranged on two levels and with a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment is composed as follows:
On the first level:
- A first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm) overlooking the back of the Marina, a second bedroom equipped with a bed measuring 140 x 200 cm offering a view below on the living room;
- A bathroom with shower and washing machine;
- Separate toilet.
On the lower level:
- A spacious living area with terrace offering a magnificent view of the marina allowing you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine;
- The kitchen is open to a beautiful and convivial living room with smart TV (+Netflix access) and a dining table offering a sea view.
NB: For accessibility and safety reasons, the Mezzanine located at the level of the staircase is not available / The host cannot be held responsible in case of accident.
Amenities provided include: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc... Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10pm and 7am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately and to activate the security deposit in case of disturbances or damages. Thank you for your understanding.

By staying with us, you will have access to all areas of the accommodation.

We will be delighted to personally welcome you to our apartment. Please inform us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover more efficiently. We wish you an excellent stay with us!
The neighborhood
Our apartment is located in the heart of the Deauville marinas. It is situated 5 minutes from the beach, shops, Place Morny, and a 10-minute walk from the SNCF train station and the casino.
Other things to note
Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.
Check-in: Physical check-in will be done between 4pm and 8pm. Please inform us of your arrival time as early as possible to organize the key handover efficiently.
Check-out: Between 8am and 11am.
We strive to provide you with a quality welcome. Please be as precise as possible with your arrival times and notify your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30pm will incur a charge of 20 euros, to be paid through the booking platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your security deposit.
In case of arrival after 10:30pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night's stay will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.
A valid ID may be requested upon entry. A check-in and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.
If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
