### Prices

The indicated prices have been established based on the economic situation in effect at the date of your reservation. Each stay includes a package for preparing the accommodation (cleaning, reception, and provision of household linen) which will be paid at the time of your reservation.

### Payment

The full rental rate is required at the time of booking. No traveler will be allowed to enter the property in the event of non-receipt of the full payment for the reservation.

#### Additional services / additional charges

* Additional cleaning = €20 / hour

* In case of late Check-in or Check-out = A supplement of €20 will be paid on-site upon your arrival

* All additional travelers not reported at the time of booking will be charged €100 / person and per night

### Rental rules

* This is a NON-SMOKING property.

* Parties and events are not allowed in the accommodation. 

* All commercial or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

* Respect the number of travelers indicated in the reservation.

* Pets are NOT allowed in any part of the property.

### Cancellations

Refund in case of cancellation:

* Cancellation more than 14 days before the arrival date, full refund of the stay if the amount has not been debited. Otherwise, bank charges may be deducted (1.5% of the total stay amount).

* Cancellation 14 days before the arrival date or no-show, no refund possible.

### Deposit and client responsibility

The security deposit must be paid by bank imprint at the time of your reservation. The security deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.

* No damage is done to the property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.

* No charges are incurred due to illegal activity, pets, or other.

* All keys are returned to the host.

* None of the sheets or towels are lost or damaged.

* All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.

* All debris, rubbish, and discards are placed in a rubbish bin, and dishes cleaned or placed in the dishwasher.

* The renter is not evicted by the owner (or the owner's representative) or by local law enforcement.

You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse of the property and the payment for repairs or replacement of damaged items will be at your expense. They will be primarily deducted from the deposit and charged additionally if the deposit amount is insufficient.

### Fraudulent reservations

In case of a reservation made fraudulently, any amounts that have not been effectively paid cannot be deducted from the normal rental amount.

### Maximum occupancy

The maximum number of people is limited for each property to the number of travelers indicated at the time of booking.

Any additional person who may be accepted after prior agreement of the manager will incur a supplement of €100 per person and per night.

### Do not throw

Paper, wipes, sanitary towels, etc. in the toilets. A bin is at your disposal in each WC. If it is found that something has been thrown and obstructs the evacuation system, you could be held responsible for the costs incurred to unblock the pipes.

### Responsibility

We disclaim all disturbances caused by weather phenomena. Any stay that we are obliged to cancel in whole or in part will involve the reimbursement of the amounts paid by the client in full or pro-rata without the latter being able to claim compensatory damages. Any stay interrupted by the client, for whatever reason, cannot give rise to a refund.

### Written exception

Any exception to the policies mentioned above must be approved in writing in advance.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance for your stay.
