Just a short walk from the heart of Trouville-sur-Mer, this 260 m² villa welcomes up to 10 guests. From the living room and its spectacular picture window, your gaze sweeps across the rooftops of Deauville and Trouville, the coastline and the horizon. A panorama you will never tire of admiring, from your morning coffee to sunset.

The light-toned décor, generous openings to the outdoors and spacious reception areas create an atmosphere that is both refined and relaxed. The grand piano adds a distinctive touch to an interior that is decidedly oriented towards the sea.

🌳 Outdoors, you can enjoy:
- A magnificent enclosed landscaped garden, with panoramic views of the sea and Trouville-Deauville
- A large furnished terrace with outdoor seating, perfect for gathering together and admiring the scenery
- A pétanque court for leisurely afternoons
- Parking for one car in the courtyard (parking is also possible in front of the villa)

🏠 Arranged over two levels, the villa comprises:
On the ground floor:
- A bright living room opening onto the garden and the sea, with a grand piano
- A decorative fireplace (not for use)
- A contemporary open-plan kitchen adjoining the living area, with a dining table seating 6 to 8 people
- Two bedrooms with 180 cm-wide beds and private bathrooms: one with a shower, the other with a bathtub

Upstairs:
- Three bedrooms with 180 cm-wide beds, one of which has an en-suite shower room
- Two separate bathrooms
- A reading area / library

At your disposal:
- Washing machine and tumble dryer
- Filtered water system
- Baby cot
- WiFi
- Smart TV

Guest access

📍 The villa is located on the hills above Trouville-sur-Mer, in a residential area, less than a 10-minute walk from the town centre, Rue des Bains and the beach (indicative walking time, depending on the route and your pace; the return journey may involve an uphill walk).

🚗 One parking space is available in the courtyard. Parking is also possible in front of the house.

🔑 You have access to the villa and its private outdoor areas, except for locked spaces reserved for maintenance.

🤝 We will welcome you in person between 4 pm and 8 pm, by prior appointment, and remain available to answer your questions throughout your stay.

📖 Before your arrival, you will receive a personalised digital welcome guide with all the useful information (access, how the property works, check-out instructions) and our recommendations for exploring Trouville, Deauville and the surrounding area.

⚠️ Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance so that we can arrange your welcome under the best possible conditions.

🏖️ Nestled on the hills close to the centre of Trouville-sur-Mer, Villa Raphaël offers the rare pleasure of a peaceful retreat while remaining close to the lively atmosphere of this seaside resort.

Things to discover nearby:
- Trouville beach and its seafront promenade
- Rue des Bains, with its shops and restaurants
- The fish market and bustling quays
- The casino and elegant seaside villas
- Deauville, its famous boardwalk (Les Planches) and boutiques, easily reached by car or on a longer walk

An ideal address for alternating sea-air strolls, excellent dining and special moments overlooking the English Channel.

Other things to note

📅 Check-in and check-out times:
- Check-in: from 4 pm to 8 pm, with an in-person welcome by appointment
- Check-out: from 8 am to 11 am
- Arrivals after 10 pm are not possible, unless an exceptional arrangement has been expressly agreed with your host before your stay

⚠️ For everyone's comfort:
- Parties, events and festive gatherings are strictly prohibited; disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated
- Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am, including in the garden and on the terrace
- Strictly non-smoking property
- Pets are not allowed
- Children must remain under adult supervision, particularly in outdoor areas and near staircases
- The fireplace is decorative only: using it is prohibited
- In the event of a breach of these rules, the stay may be terminated in accordance with the applicable contractual terms, and documented damage or costs may be deducted from the security deposit
