Freshly renovated apartment with private parking and unobstructed views of the city center and the iconic Saint-Joseph Church!

👀 Ideally located in the heart of Le Havre's pedestrian streets, this stunning apartment sits in the Perret district, one of the most sought-after areas in town. You can explore all the magic of the city on foot (UNESCO World Heritage-listed architecture).

🌞 You will be staying just a 5-minute walk from the beach and the MuMa museum, and 300 meters from Saint-Joseph Church, the Halles gourmandes food market, the City Hall, and local food shops.

Please note that the apartment is not accessible to persons with reduced mobility (PRM). It is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a quiet and secure Perret-style residence.

Designed to accommodate 4 guests, the space is laid out as follows:
🔸 A fully equipped open-plan kitchen and living area (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals.
🔸 A living area with a lounge/dining corner opening directly onto a large bay window with a superb sea and city center view overlooking the City Hall. It includes a Smart TV so you can log in to your Netflix, Prime, or other streaming accounts.
🔸 A bedroom featuring a high-quality double bed (140x200 cm) with a view of Saint-Joseph Church.
🔸 A second bedroom with a closet/dressing area, equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm).
🔸 A shower room.

✅ Included: bed linen and towels, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, etc.

Upon request, we can provide a travel cot (mattress and fitted sheet not included) and a high chair (baby equipment: €10 per night).
Parking: The residence has a communal parking area; we can provide access to it but cannot guarantee that a space will be available.

It is the ideal spot for professionals working remotely, as the apartment is equipped with ultra-high-speed fiber internet.

⚠️ Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

⚠️ BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighbors, please keep noise levels down between 10 PM and 7 AM. No parties or events will be tolerated on the premises. In case of failure to respect the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and claim the security deposit in the event of disruptions or damage.

Guest access

During your stay, you will have access to all areas of the accommodation.
Street parking is paid around the residence from 9 AM to 12 PM, and from 2 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Parking is free throughout the city for all electric vehicles. Heading to the beach? Beach parking is free for everyone! The tram and buses are also convenient ways to get around and explore the city.
Nearest underground parking garages: La Plage and Les Halles (Volcan) — €6.90 for 12 hours, then €0.10 per additional 15 minutes. 7-day pass available for €23.

🤝 We can welcome you in person between 4 PM and 8 PM (by prior appointment) or offer self check-in. We remain available to answer any questions throughout your stay.

📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be sent to you prior to your arrival, containing essential details about the accommodation (contact info, check-in, Wi-Fi, checkout rules, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems, and more.

⚠️ To help us prepare for your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

The neighborhood

The apartment is ideally situated right in the city center, in a quiet residence close to shops, the cruise port, the beach, the casino, and Le Havre's main points of interest. For grocery shopping, food lovers will appreciate Les Halles covered market, located less than a 2-minute walk away.

⏳ Need flexibility?
- Late check-out available upon request (€20 extra fee, subject to availability).

⚠️ In case of unexpected delays:
- Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless arranged in advance together.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property:

• Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No parties or events allowed.
• Strictly non-smoking property.
• Pets are not allowed.
• In case of violation of the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.

• Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit.
