The space

Our accommodation is located in the very heart of Caen, more precisely on the famous Quai Vendeuvre. It offers a stunning, unobstructed view over the marina. 📷
It is just a few minutes’ walk from the Château, the university, and the main attractions of the city center. You will have immediate access to public transportation, restaurants, bars, and shops.

Brand new and tastefully decorated, this 52 m² apartment, located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), provides all the comfort you need. Everything has been carefully designed to make you feel right at home. 😊

It is composed as follows:

• A bright living/dining area with a view of the harbor, featuring a dining table, a sofa, a Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc., accessible with your own login details), and direct access to the balcony;
• A separate, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine, plenty of storage space, kitchen utensils, etc.);
• A modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet, and a vanity area with stool and mirror;
• A bedroom with a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a walk-in closet, a desk with chair, a chest of drawers, and a large mirror.

The location is ideal for enjoying the lively atmosphere of the harbor and city center while staying in a comfortable and carefully designed apartment.

⚠️ Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

🚗 The apartment does not have a private parking space. Public parking lots and street parking are available right outside the building.

⚠️ PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL: To respect our neighbors, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed in the apartment. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and charge the security deposit in the event of disturbances or damage.

During your stay, you will have access to all areas of the apartment. 🏠

🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer self check-in. We remain available to assist you with any requests throughout your stay.

📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be sent to you shortly before your arrival. It includes essential information about the apartment (check-in, WiFi, check-out instructions, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems, and more.

Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve.

The neighborhood

Located less than two hours from Paris, our accommodation enjoys a prime location for visiting the most beautiful sites of Caen.
🚶‍♂️ Within walking distance, you can easily reach the harbor’s restaurants and bars, shops and boutiques, the historic center, and the main tourist attractions.
An ideal location to explore the city and fully enjoy its vibrant atmosphere.

Getting around

The train and bus station are less than a 15-minute walk away.
Street parking is available (paid).

- Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

⏳ Need flexibility ?
- Late check-in upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 supplement).
- Late check-out upon request (subject to availability / €20 supplement).

⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances :
- Arrivals after 10:00 PM are not possible unless a solution has been arranged in advance with your host prior to check-in.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation.
- Pets are allowed under certain conditions (under 10 kg, €10 per night supplement).
- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.

👮 Practical information :
- A valid ID will be required upon arrival.
- Breakfast is not included.
- Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit.
