The space

Ideally located in the heart of Trouville, especially in the famous Bonsecours district! 🏖️
The perfect place for those who want to enjoy the charm of Trouville while staying in a quiet area (5-minute walk from the city center and the casino).

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) and can accommodate up to 2 guests. It includes:
- A living room with a sofa, a large dining table, and a Smart TV for relaxing evenings. Games, DVDs, and books are also available.
- A fully equipped open kitchen: oven, Nespresso machine, stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, waffle maker, washing machine, and everything you need to cook (even on rainy days!).
- A bedroom with bedding: one double bed (140x200 cm). We prepare the bed for your arrival, and household linens are provided.
- A shower room with a hairdryer, towels, and bath sheets provided.

✅ Included in the rental: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, etc.

⚠️ Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

The property does not include a private parking space (street parking or paid private parking available nearby).

⚠️ LET’S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighbors, noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed in the apartment. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and charge the security deposit in the event of disturbances or damage. Thank you for your understanding.

🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option. We remain available to assist you with any requests throughout your stay.

📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be sent to you before your arrival, including essential information about the accommodation (contact details, check-in instructions, WiFi, check-out rules, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover, and more.

⚠️ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

The neighborhood

Located right in the center of Trouville, close to the shops and restaurants on Rue des Bains. Two minutes’ walk from the beach and 10 minutes’ walk from the train station. A lively, vibrant, and very pleasant neighborhood. Perfect for friends or families to explore Trouville and Deauville on foot!
Possible activities: beach, golf, casino, close to Deauville, harbor, fish markets, sea spa, Deauville racecourse, Honfleur (20 minutes by car).

Getting around

• Trouville-sur-Mer train station is a 15-minute walk away – street parking available (paid). ## Other things to note

⏳ Need flexibility ?
- Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge).
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability / €20 extra charge).

⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances :
- Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.
