My Little Paradise - University - Train Station

The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents “Mon Petit Paradis”.

Our accommodation is located close to the train station, the university, and local shops.
Le Havre city center is only a 10-minute walk away (3 minutes by TRAM), making it an ideal base to enjoy Le Havre and its region, whether for a family stay, a business trip, or a getaway with friends.

Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). It can accommodate up to 4 guests and consists of:

• A living room with a Poltronesofà sofa bed, a dining table, and a Smart TV for your relaxing evenings.
• A fully equipped kitchen: oven, induction cooktop, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine, and everything you need to cook (even on rainy days!).
• A bedroom with bedding: one double bed (140x200 cm). We prepare your bed and provide an extra duvet and pillows for the sofa bed. A travel cot and high chair are available on request (mattress and fitted sheet not included), €10/night.
• A shower room with a hairdryer; towels and bath linens are provided.

✅ Included in the rental: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, etc.

⚠️ Please note: breakfast is not included in the rental.

⚠️ Let’s be respectful: Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. No parties or events will be tolerated. In the event of non-compliance with the rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.

Guest access

By staying with us, you will have access to all areas of the accommodation. 🏠

🚘 Parking :

Paid parking around the accommodation from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (free on Sundays and public holidays).

Free parking for electric vehicles throughout the city.

Guest interaction

🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option. We remain available to assist you with any requests throughout your stay.

📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be sent to you before your arrival, including essential information about the accommodation (contact details, check-in instructions, WiFi, check-out rules, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover, and more.

⚠️ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

The neighborhood

Our accommodation, located just 2 hours from Paris, is ideally situated for visiting Normandy’s most beautiful sites:
Étretat and its impressive cliffs, the magnificent abbeys hidden along the winding Seine River, the moving and fascinating sites of the D-Day Landing Beaches, as well as the charming and picturesque villages of the Pays d'Auge, and finally seaside pleasures, shopping, horse racing, or the Deauville casino.

- Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

⏳ Need flexibility?
- Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge).
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability / €20 extra charge).

⚠️ in case of unforeseen circumstances :
- Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.

- Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit
