The space

Welcome to The Villa Azura 🌊, an elegant 150 m² architectural villa perched above Trouville-sur-Mer, just steps from the Hennequeville Manor.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, the villa offers:
🔸4 spacious, tastefully decorated bedrooms (2 with Queen-size beds 160x200cm and en-suite shower rooms, and 2 with two single beds 90x200cm);

🔸3 modern bathrooms (one with a bathtub for bubble bath lovers);

🔸A bright living room with a high-quality sofa bed, UHD Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, Prime, etc. (plan B in case of rain);

🔸A large fully-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster, and everything you need to cook delicious meals);

🔸A convivial dining room seating 10 guests for warm family dinners or friendly evenings.

🌅 Outside, enjoy a small garden, a private pool heated from early April until the end of September, cozy garden furniture, and a wooden terrace ideal for summer aperitifs. Guaranteed relaxation (sunshine optional)!

🚗 A private garage is also available.

⚠️ Breakfast is not included. A private chef is available on request and prior reservation.

📍 The villa is located just a few minutes' drive from downtown Trouville, the beach, restaurants, and the train station.

🚦 On foot (for the brave): the beach is a 20-minute walk, the town center 15 minutes. A car is recommended due to the hillside location.

The villa offers a private garage and easy parking outside.

🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option. We remain available to assist you with any requests throughout your stay.

📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be sent to you before your arrival, including essential information about the accommodation (contact details, check-in instructions, WiFi, check-out rules, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover, and more.

⚠️ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

Nestled above Trouville-sur-Mer, just steps from Hennequeville Manor, the villa is located in a quiet, green, and sought-after area, away from the tourist hustle, but close by car to:
- 5 min from Trouville center

- 7 min from the beach

📅 Check-in and check-out times :

• Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• Check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

⏳ Need flexibility?

• Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge).
• Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability / €20 extra charge).

⚠️ in case of unforeseen circumstances :
- Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.

- A valid ID will be required upon arrival.
- Breakfast is not included.
- Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit.
