The space

Welcome to La Villa Mirabeau 🏡, an address where Norman charm, modern comfort and breathtaking views blend with elegance 🌞

This characterful manor house, typical of Deauville architecture and spread over three levels, welcomes you into a warm and refined atmosphere. Ideally suited for 6 guests, it can accommodate up to 8 sleepers.

On the ground floor, the living area revolves around a monumental fireplace 🔥, cozy sofas and beautiful natural light. The open-plan kitchen, carefully equipped (Nespresso machine, pressure cooker, SMEG fridge, oven, dishwasher…), opens onto a convivial dining area (6 guests), itself extended by a charming inner courtyard with outdoor lounge furniture 🏡

🏠 The house is arranged across two upper levels as follows:

🔸On the first floor:
- A relaxation area with a convertible sofa and TV, ideal for quiet moments or evening entertainment 🎬
- A beautiful master suite offering a superb view of the entrance to the Deauville harbor, equipped with a high-quality queen-size bed 🛏️ and a spacious bathroom (Italian-style shower, double vanity, and WC)
- A second, smaller bedroom with its own compact shower room and sink

🔸The top floor features a splendid master suite with panoramic views over the Deauville harbor, the fish market, and the Trouville casino 🌅. It includes a king-size bed 🚿, a sofa, a workspace, and an en-suite bathroom with Italian shower 🛁 and bathtub.

🔸A few steps higher, a private solarium awaits, furnished with a sunbed and an outdoor sofa.

Each bedroom (except the smaller one facing the courtyard) has its own private balcony—perfect for enjoying a sunrise coffee or a sunset drink ☕️

🚗 Street parking or private parking available along the boardwalk.

✔ Provided for your stay: bed and bath linens, free WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board…

⚠️ Breakfast is not included. A private chef can be arranged upon request and prior booking.

🚗 By car: public parking available nearby (subject to availability).

🚦 On foot: the beach is 3 minutes away, the city center in 5, and Deauville-Trouville train station in under 10 minutes.

🔑 Access to the house is fully private. You will enjoy the entire property and courtyard without sharing with other guests.

🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option. We remain available to assist you with any requests throughout your stay.

📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be sent to you before your arrival, including essential information about the accommodation (contact details, check-in instructions, WiFi, check-out rules, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover, and more.

⚠️ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

• Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• Check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

⏳ Need flexibility?

• Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge).
• Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability / €20 extra charge).

⚠️ in case of unforeseen circumstances :
- Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.

- Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit.
