This characterful Norman house, with traditional architecture and modern comfort, opens its doors for a timeless getaway, combining elegance, nature and conviviality 🌊

Designed to accommodate up to 12 guests 👪, the villa offers 6 bedrooms, including 3 master suites, all filled with natural light and featuring private balconies.

Each room exudes authenticity: exposed beams, solid wood floors, designer furniture, and discreet charm.

🛌 The cozy living room invites you to relax by the fireplace, with comfortable sofas and vintage touches.

🎲 A few steps away, a spacious living area with a custom library, upright piano 🎹, billiards, traditional foosball and a reading nook invites you to unwind... or challenge your friends 😉

The semi-professional kitchen, equipped with a Lacanche stove, opens onto a large and friendly dining area.

The whole space is bathed in natural light, with direct access to the garden.

🏠 Spread over two levels, the villa is composed as follows:

• Ground floor:

  • An independent annex for added privacy, with a small lounge, open kitchenette, a bedroom (140x200 bed), and upstairs (via spiral staircase), a master suite (160x200 bed) with a freestanding bathtub, and separate WC.
  • A first bedroom with en-suite shower room + WC.
  • A beautiful game room leading to a dining room for 12 guests.
  • A lounge with Smart TV and access to the terrace.

• Basement:

  • A fully equipped semi-professional traditional kitchen opening onto a pergola, perfect for breakfast ☕️
    
  • A laundry room with washer, iron, etc.

• Upper floor:

  • One master suite with a freestanding bathtub 🛁
    
  • Two independent bedrooms connected by a shared shower room

🚗 Private parking within the courtyard.

⚠️ RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD

Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM.

No parties or events allowed. Non-compliance with the house rules may lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement and withholding of the security deposit.

A liability waiver for pool use will be signed upon check-in.

The Deauville-Trouville train station is just a few minutes away by car.

🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option. We remain available to assist you with any requests throughout your stay.

📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be sent to you before your arrival, including essential information about the accommodation (contact details, check-in instructions, WiFi, check-out rules, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover, and more.

⚠️ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

• Check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

⏳ Need flexibility?

• Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge).
• Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability / €20 extra charge).

⚠️ in case of unforeseen circumstances :
- Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.

- A valid ID will be required upon arrival.
- Breakfast is not included.
- Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit.
