🏠 Beautiful T2 apartment located on the peninsula of Deauville, a 2-minute walk from the SNCF train station. It will appeal to travelers wishing to enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of the quays of Trouville, while staying in fully renovated and tastefully decorated accommodation! ✨

Capacity: Up to 4 people

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room/dining area, equipped with a UHD Smart TV 📺 and a quality convertible sofa (140x200 cm). (Perfect for Netflix marathons or impromptu naps)
- A semi-open kitchen, fully equipped to prepare delicious meals!
- An elegant bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) for a restful sleep and access to the balcony.
- A bathroom equipped with a small shower and a toilet.

📍 Ideal location:
- 2 minutes walk from the SNCF train station
- 5 minutes walk from the city center of Deauville and Trouville.
- 10 minutes walk from the casinos. (Perfect for those who like to try their luck, but not too far from the comfort of their bed.)

The accommodation stands out for its modern and elegant decoration, as well as its double balconies offering an unobstructed panoramic view.

✅ Equipment provided: Free WiFi, bed linen and towels, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, 2 sun loungers, 2 outdoor tables and chairs. (⚠️ Breakfast not included)

🚗 Parking option: A small private space can be made available upon request within the residence (excluding 4x4s and sedans).

⚠ BE RESPECTFUL:
Noise must be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated. In case of non-compliance with the regulations, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and retain all or part of the deposit. Thank you for your understanding.

🏡 Central location: Our apartment is ideally located on the peninsula of Deauville, a stone's throw from the SNCF train station 🚆 and less than 5 minutes walk from the city center of Deauville and Trouville. A perfect starting point to explore the region!

Other things to note

📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Check-in: between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to optimize your welcome. (And so we can prepare the welcome committee!)
- Check-out: between 8 am and 11 am.

⚠ Late arrivals: Between 8:30 pm and 10:30 pm: 20€ fee, to be paid via the platform, in cash or deducted from the deposit. (Because even hosts need to sleep!) ❌ After 10:30 pm: No arrival possible. The night cannot be refunded. Please inform us promptly in case of unforeseen events, we will do our best to find a solution.

Formalities:
- A valid ID may be requested upon arrival.
- A photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.
- Any person not indicated in the reservation will be charged 100€/person/night, deducted from the deposit.
