Located on the 4th floor of a calm and secure residence (no elevator – cardio included 🏋️), this bright, open apartment is designed to accommodate up to 3 guests.

The apartment includes:

An open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle.
A living room with a dining area and a cozy lounge space equipped with a Smart TV.
A bedroom with a dresser and a Queen Size bed (160x200cm).
A bathroom with an Italian-style shower and hairdryer.
Separate WC.
✅ Included: Bed and bath linens, free WiFi, Smart TV, washing machine. There is also a parking spot in the private lot shared by the residence (spaces are not guaranteed as they are not assigned).

⚠️ Note: Breakfast is not included, but the kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary creations!

⚠️ Be respectful: Noise must be limited between 10 PM and 7 AM. Parties are strictly prohibited. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and withholding of the deposit.

As our guest, you’ll have access to all parts of the apartment. 🏠

🚘 Parking:

Shared parking space in the private lot of the residence (spaces are not assigned and availability cannot be guaranteed).
Street parking options:
Paid parking from 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays).
Free for electric vehicles in the city.
Free parking at the beach.
📍 Nearest underground parking: Les Halles (Volcan) – €6.90/12h or €23/week.

Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, along with the exact number of guests. This allows us to prepare your arrival with the care you deserve.

The neighborhood

🏠 Located in the hypercenter, in a quiet residence, the apartment is close to shops, the cruise port, the beach, and the casino. Les Halles (200m away) and the shops on Rue de Paris (100m) will delight food lovers.

📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Standard check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

⏳ Need flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: €50.
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).

⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances:
- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property:
- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- No parties allowed
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation
- Pets are not allowed
- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
