Located on the 4th floor of a calm and secure residence (no elevator – cardio included 🏋️), this bright, open apartment is designed to accommodate up to 3 guests.

The apartment includes:

An open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle.
A living room with a dining area and a cozy lounge space equipped with a Smart TV.
A bedroom with a dresser and a Queen Size bed (160x200cm).
A bathroom with an Italian-style shower and hairdryer.
Separate WC.
Wellness enthusiasts will appreciate the yoga mat, strap, and two blocks available for your sessions.

There is also a parking spot in the private lot shared by the residence (spaces are not guaranteed as they are not assigned).

Paid parking from 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays).
Free for electric vehicles in the city.
Free parking at the beach.

- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.
