The space

This beautiful house is located near the Place Morny, in the heart of Deauville's gourmet shops and main attractions. It is just a 5-minute walk from the sea, the beach, and the casino.

Spread over three levels, the house covers 125m². It features four bedrooms, two of which have en-suite shower or bathroom facilities. There is also a basement gym and a small outdoor balcony to enjoy the morning sun.

With a maximum capacity of 8 people, the house is arranged as follows:

Ground floor: A fully equipped separate kitchen, a living room with a Smart TV, and a dining room that accommodates 8 guests.
First floor: 3 bedrooms and a shower room. The first bedroom has a double bed (140x200cm) with an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a balcony overlooking the market square. The third bedroom has a double bed (140x200cm) and a private balcony.
Second floor: A stunning 45m² master suite with a king-size bed (180x200cm), a Smart TV, and a bathroom.
Basement: A gym, perfect for staying in shape.
The location is ideal for those wanting to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being less than a 5-minute walk from the beach. The house is situated next to Place Morny, close to the local market, gourmet shops, restaurants, and bars.

Included amenities: Bed and bath linen, free WiFi, washing machine, etc.

Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

Important: The house is located across from the market square and does not have a private parking spot, but parking is easy in the low season. Public parking lots are available just a few meters away. A popular bar in Deauville called "Les Sales Gosses" is located next to the house, so noise disturbances may occur in the evenings (opening hours: 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).

RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS: To ensure good relations with the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. No parties or events are allowed on the premises. If the house rules are not respected, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately and withhold the security deposit in case of disturbances or damage.

- Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in.

- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.
