The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents "Les Bains de Trouville."

Fully renovated and equipped with high-end furniture, we offer a stay in a bright house, ideally located and quiet despite being close to the famous pedestrian street "Rue des Bains." You will be immediately charmed by the simplicity of its decor, its geographical location, and its proximity to shops (right at the foot of the accommodation), the beach (150m), the casino (200m), and the fish market (100m).

We have done our best to make our house a real place for relaxation and sharing, allowing you to unwind, enjoy life in Trouville, and discover our beautiful region.

Spread over three levels (without elevator), our house is arranged as follows:

Ground Floor:
- One bedroom with new Queen Size bedding (160x200cm), wardrobe and desk for teleworking enthusiasts;
- One bedroom with a 140x200cm double bed and chest of drawers.
- An Italian-style shower room.
- Separate WC.

First Floor:
- A fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, American fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and all the necessary equipment to cook delicious meals with family or friends) semi-open to a living/dining room with a smart TV (Netflix included), a table for 8, and a small fireplace for cozy winter nights by the fire.
- Separate WC.

Second Floor:
- A master bedroom with a queen-size 160x200cm bed, a large wardrobe, and a desk.
- A children’s bedroom with bunk beds (90x200cm).
- A bathroom with a bathtub and WC.

We provide bed linen, towels, and UHD WiFi.

Please note that breakfast is not included in the rental, and the house does not have private parking spaces.

BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise on the terraces must be limited between 10 PM and 7 AM. No parties or events will be tolerated in the house. If the house rules are not followed, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the security deposit in case of disturbances or damage. We thank you for your understanding.

Guest access

By staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the house.

Guest interaction

We will be happy to welcome you personally to our beautiful house. Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize your key handover efficiently. We wish you an excellent stay with us!

The neighborhood

The house is ideally located in the famous Bon Secours district, in the heart of Trouville-sur-Mer, just a few minutes' walk from the Casino, Cures Marines, and the best restaurants in the area.

Other things to note

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Arrival: Check-in will take place in person between 4 PM and 8 PM. Please inform us of your arrival time as early as possible to organize your key handover efficiently.

Departure: Between 8 AM and 11 AM.

We do our best to ensure a quality welcome. Please be as precise as possible about your arrival times and inform your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 PM will incur a fee of 20 euros, to be paid via the rental platform, in cash on arrival, or deducted from your deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 PM, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution, so please inform us as soon as possible in case of an unforeseen event.

A valid ID may be required when entering the property. A property inspection and photo inventory of the equipment will be conducted before your arrival.

If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the house, an extra charge of 150€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
