The space

Fully renovated and equipped with high-end furniture, we offer a stay in a bright house, ideally located and quiet despite being close to the famous pedestrian street "Rue des Bains." You will be immediately charmed by the simplicity of its decor, its geographical location, and its proximity to shops (right at the foot of the accommodation), the beach (150m), the casino (200m), and the fish market (100m).

We have done our best to make our house a real place for relaxation and sharing, allowing you to unwind, enjoy life in Trouville, and discover our beautiful region.

Spread over three levels (without elevator), our house is arranged as follows:

Ground Floor:
- One bedroom with new Queen Size bedding (160x200cm), wardrobe and desk for teleworking enthusiasts;
- One bedroom with a 140x200cm double bed and chest of drawers.
- An Italian-style shower room.
- Separate WC.

First Floor:
- A fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, American fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, and all the necessary equipment to cook delicious meals with family or friends) semi-open to a living/dining room with a smart TV (Netflix included), a table for 8, and a small fireplace for cozy winter nights by the fire.
- Separate WC.

Second Floor:
- A master bedroom with a queen-size 160x200cm bed, a large wardrobe, and a desk.
- A children’s bedroom with bunk beds (90x200cm).
- A bathroom with a bathtub and WC.

We provide bed linen, towels, and UHD WiFi.

Please note that breakfast is not included in the rental, and the house does not have private parking spaces.

BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise on the terraces must be limited between 10 PM and 7 AM. No parties or events will be tolerated in the house. If the house rules are not followed, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the security deposit in case of disturbances or damage. We thank you for your understanding.

The neighborhood

The house is ideally located in the famous Bon Secours district, in the heart of Trouville-sur-Mer, just a few minutes' walk from the Casino, Cures Marines, and the best restaurants in the area.

- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.
