The space

Located on the heights of Deauville, in close proximity to the famous Golf Barrière, within a secure upscale residence, our apartment will offer you all the comfort you need to recharge. Featuring a beautiful balcony terrace, you can enjoy a stunning view of the sea, the Deauville seaside resort, and the magnificent wooded park of the residence. Situated less than 5 minutes by car from the beach, it is the ideal place to enjoy the vibrancy of the resort while staying in a peaceful setting. A tennis court shared among the residents complements this beautiful apartment.

With a maximum capacity of 2 people, the apartment is composed as follows:

A large living room (lounge/dining area) equipped with high-end furniture, very bright with a direct view of the sea and Deauville. You can access its balcony/terrace equipped with a table and 4 chairs to enjoy the first rays of sunshine.
A fully equipped separate kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, etc.)
For the night, you will find a beautiful bedroom equipped with a King Size bed (180x200cm) and a dressing room.
A luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Separate toilet.
Also provided: Bed and bath linen, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental. Upon request, we can provide a baby bed.

An outdoor parking space will also be available to you free of charge (ideal during the high summer season).

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 PM and 7 AM. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental lease and activate the security deposit in case of disturbances or damage. We thank you for your understanding.

By staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.

🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option. We remain available to assist you with any requests throughout your stay.

📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be sent to you before your arrival, including essential information about the accommodation (contact details, check-in instructions, WiFi, check-out rules, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover, and more.

⚠️ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

The neighborhood

Our apartment is located next to the Golf Barrière de Deauville, a 15-minute walk from the Deauville casino (5 minutes by car). It is an 8-minute drive from the Deauville - Trouville SNCF train station.

⏳ Need flexibility?

• Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge).
• Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability / €20 extra charge).

⚠️ in case of unforeseen circumstances :
- Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.

- A valid ID will be required upon arrival.
- Breakfast is not included.
- Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit.
