The space

Ideally located in the heart of the historic center of Rouen, this superb apartment is situated within the former Hôtel Turgot, a 16th-century building listed as a historic monument. You will be staying in the hyper center of Rouen on the Place du Vieux Marché, in the heart of the pedestrian streets of Rouen, just 100m from Place de la Pucelle, 400m from the Gros Horloge and the Cathedral, close to the train station and bus networks.

Although situated on the bustling Place du Vieux Marché, the apartment is quiet, very bright, and not overlooked. It is fully equipped and tastefully decorated. You can easily explore the city on foot and benefit from the best restaurants, food shops, and delicatessens in Rouen, including the bakery-pastry shop of the Best Craftsman of France, located just downstairs.

The apartment is a large one-bedroom (T2) that can comfortably accommodate 4 adults.

Located on the first floor, it is composed as follows:

• A large living room with a quality convertible sofa (140x200 cm), a lounge area, a Smart TV, and a dining table for 4 people.
• An open kitchen with a raised bar area, equipped with all necessary appliances for preparing meals.
• A bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed.
• A bathroom with a shower and WC.
• At your disposal: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, etc.

Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise on the terrace should be limited between 10 PM and 7 AM. No parties or events are allowed in the apartment. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately and to charge the security deposit in case of excesses or damages. We thank you for your understanding.

📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be sent to you before your arrival, including essential information about the accommodation (contact details, check-in instructions, WiFi, check-out rules, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover, and more.

⚠️ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

The neighborhood

Our accommodation is ideally located near shops, perfect for visiting our most beautiful sites in Rouen, just 1.5 hours from Paris. A paid underground parking (Parking du Vieux-Marché) is located opposite the apartment.

- Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge).
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability / €20 extra charge).

⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances :
- Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.
