The space

This beautiful villa with a garden, featuring typical Normandy architecture, spans 180m² over two levels. It boasts three bedrooms and two private bathrooms. Recently built and with no overlooking neighbors, it also includes a superb private outdoor garden of 5000m², perfect for enjoying the first rays of sunshine.

With a maximum capacity of 6 people, the house is composed as follows:

• A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals!)
• A superb living room with an L-shaped sofa and decorative fireplace offering direct access to the garden and terrace.
• A dining area with a table that can accommodate 6-8 settings.
• A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and American refrigerator.
• A 20m² bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm), balcony, and Smart TV (access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Channel).
• A second 15m² bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm).
• A third "children's" bedroom equipped with two single beds (90x200cm).
• Two bathrooms, the first with a bathtub, the second with a bathtub + shower.
• The kitchen, living/dining room are located on the ground floor, and all bedrooms are upstairs.

The house has an electric gate, an alarm, and an outdoor parking area that can accommodate 3 vehicles.

For relaxation, an outdoor barbecue is available, along with sun loungers and a garden lounge.

The location is idyllic for those wishing to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being less than a 5-minute drive from the beach and downtown. The house is located on the heights of Tourgéville, between land and sea.

Available to you: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.

Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental and fires in the fireplace are strictly prohibited.

RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: No festive events will be tolerated within the property. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the security deposit in case of overflows or damages.

By staying with us, you will have access to all different parts of the house.

🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option. We remain available to assist you with any requests throughout your stay.

📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be sent to you before your arrival, including essential information about the accommodation (contact details, check-in instructions, WiFi, check-out rules, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover, and more.

⚠️ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

The neighborhood

Our home is located in Tourgéville, 5 minutes from Deauville beach, the Casino, Place Morny, shops, and Thalasso Algotherm.

• Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
• Check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

⏳ Need flexibility?

• Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge).
• Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability / €20 extra charge).

⚠️ in case of unforeseen circumstances :
- Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.

- A valid ID will be required upon arrival.
- Breakfast is not included.
- Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit.
