The space

This beautiful villa with a garden, featuring typical Normandy architecture, spans 180m² over two levels. It boasts three bedrooms and two private bathrooms. Recently built and with no overlooking neighbors, it also includes a superb private outdoor garden of 5000m², perfect for enjoying the first rays of sunshine.

With a maximum capacity of 6 people, the house is composed as follows:

• A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals!)
• A superb living room with an L-shaped sofa and decorative fireplace offering direct access to the garden and terrace.
• A dining area with a table that can accommodate 6-8 settings.
• A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and American refrigerator.
• A 20m² bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm), balcony, and Smart TV (access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Channel).
• A second 15m² bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm).
• A third "children's" bedroom equipped with two single beds (90x200cm).
• Two bathrooms, the first with a bathtub, the second with a bathtub + shower.
• The kitchen, living/dining room are located on the ground floor, and all bedrooms are upstairs.

The house has an electric gate, an alarm, and an outdoor parking area that can accommodate 3 vehicles.

For relaxation, an outdoor barbecue is available, along with sun loungers and a garden lounge.

The location is idyllic for those wishing to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being less than a 5-minute drive from the beach and downtown. The house is located on the heights of Tourgéville, between land and sea.

Available to you: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.

Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental and fires in the fireplace are strictly prohibited.

RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: No festive events will be tolerated within the property. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the security deposit in case of overflows or damages.

Guest access

By staying with us, you will have access to all different parts of the house.

Guest interaction

We will be happy to personally welcome you to our home. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to better organize your key handover. We wish you an excellent stay with us!

The neighborhood

Our home is located in Tourgéville, 5 minutes from Deauville beach, the Casino, Place Morny, shops, and Thalasso Algotherm.

Other things to note

Your host will be at your disposal during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Arrival: Reception will take place in person between 4 PM and 8 PM. Please indicate your arrival time as early as possible to better organize your key handover.

Departure: Between 8 AM and 11 AM.

We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 PM will be charged 20 euros, payable via the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your security deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 PM, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded in such a case. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution, so please notify us as soon as possible in case of an unexpected event.

A valid ID may be requested upon your arrival. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be made before your arrival.

If additional travelers beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €150/person per night will be deducted from your security deposit.
