The space

Ideally located in the heart of Le Havre, within one of the famous buildings designed by architect Auguste Perret, you can discover the magic of the city of Le Havre on foot (architecture listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site). You will be staying 300 meters from the beach, 200 meters from the town hall, and close to shops.

This superb apartment will charm you with its authentic period decoration and its view of Notre-Dame Cathedral.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet, secure residence without an elevator. Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel at home. Designed for 4 people, it is composed as follows:

An open fully equipped kitchen with a central island (refrigerator, oven/microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals.
A living area with a lounge and dining area. Slightly set back from the living room, you will have access to a relaxation/reading space. It features a "trundle" sofa that can be converted into additional sleeping (two single beds 80x200 cm that can be combined into a Queen Size bed).
A bedroom with a glass roof and dressing area, equipped with a high-quality Queen Size bed (160x200 cm).
A bathroom with an "Italian-style" shower, WC, and hairdryer.
The accommodation is very bright and has no overlooking neighbors. It is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 4 travelers.

Available for you: bed and bath linen, free WiFi, Smart TV, washing machine...

Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighbors, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately and activate the security deposit in case of disturbances or damages.

Guest access

By staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation. Parking is paid around the accommodation from 9 AM to 12 PM, and then from 2 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles. Want to take a little trip to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! The tram and buses are also a good way to get around and discover the city. The nearest underground parking to the accommodation: Les Halles (Volcano) - 6.90 euros for 12 hours, then 0.10 euros/15 minutes additional. 7-day package for 23 euros.

The neighborhood

The apartment is ideally located in the city center, in a quiet residence, close to shops, the cruise port, the beach, the casino, and the main attractions of Le Havre. For your shopping, food lovers will be satisfied with Les Halles, located less than 100 meters from the apartment, and the shops located on Rue de Paris, at the foot of the accommodation. Additionally, a small Carrefour Market open every day from 7 AM to 9 PM is nearby.

📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Standard check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

⏳ Need flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: €50.
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).

⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances:
- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property:
- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- No parties allowed
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation
- Pets are not allowed
- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
