The space

Located in the hyper center of Rouen, specifically in the heart of the antique district, a 10-minute walk from the SNCF train station, 5 minutes from the famous Place du Vieux Marché, and at the foot of the best shops and restaurants in Rouen.

Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this superb bright contemporary apartment will offer you all the necessary comfort for a wonderful stay in Normandy. Everything has been designed for you to feel at home!

To start your stay off right, you can gather around the island for a friendly moment, then head to the living room for a lively game of foosball. Finally, movie buffs can enjoy a cinema area equipped with a video projector allowing them to watch and rewatch their favorite films.

With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment is composed as follows:

A fully equipped open-plan American-style kitchen opening onto the living room (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, worktop, plenty of storage, kitchen utensils, etc.);
A large living room with a lounge area equipped with a magnificent sofa which also serves as a sleeping space (convertible into a double bed 140x200cm);
A play area with the provision of a real foosball table that will remind you of your youth;
A cinema room equipped with a video projector;
On the night side, a beautiful master suite equipped with a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a television, and an adjoining bathroom with an "Italian-style" shower;
The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen while being in a quiet environment.

Available for your use: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

Note: The apartment has a secure underground parking space.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise must be kept to a minimum between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to activate the bank guarantee in case of overflow or damage. Thank you for your understanding.

🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option. We remain available to assist you with any requests throughout your stay.

📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be sent to you before your arrival, including essential information about the accommodation (contact details, check-in instructions, WiFi, check-out rules, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover, and more.

⚠️ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

The neighborhood

The accommodation is located in the famous antique district (Saint-Maclou) in the hyper-center of Rouen, close to all the main tourist attractions of the city (the Gros Horloge is less than a 5-minute walk away).

You are also close to all shops and cultural centers.

- Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge).
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability / €20 extra charge).

⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances :
- Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.

- Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit.
