The space

Located in the heart of the famous marinas of Deauville and completely renovated, this superb apartment will charm you with its terrace overlooking the Deauville marina and its contemporary decoration. The location is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a peaceful environment (2 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes from the city center and the casino).

Arranged on three levels (triplex) and with a maximum capacity of 6 people, the apartment is composed as follows:

On the lower level:
- A beautiful living room equipped with a Smart TV, opening onto a lovely terrace with garden furniture. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the marina and the casino;
- A fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, etc.) open onto a dining area for 4 guests.

On the first level:

• A first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm) overlooking the inner courtyard of the Marina;
• A high-quality Murphy bed in 140x200 cm (see photo illustration).
• A shower room with a spacious walk-in shower.

On the second level:

An attic bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm), as well as a water area. Please note that access is via a slightly steep staircase.

For parking, we can provide you with a badge allowing access to a collective parking. Please note that the spaces are not nominative, and we cannot guarantee availability systematically.

Provided for your convenience: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc... Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank guarantee in case of excesses or damages. Thank you for your understanding.

When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.

Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, along with the exact number of guests. This allows us to prepare your arrival with the care you deserve.

The neighborhood

Our apartment is located in the heart of the Deauville marinas. It is located 5 minutes from the beach, shops, Place Morny, and a 10-minute walk from the SNCF train station and the casino.

Your welcome is 100% personalized, and we remain available for any specific requests.

📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Standard check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

⏳ Need flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: €50.
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).

⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances:
- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property:
- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- No parties allowed
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation
- Pets are not allowed
- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
