Mon Séjour en Normandie presents you "The Perret Loft".

The space

Located in the heart of Le Havre, between Les Halles Centrales and La Colombe Niemeyer, our beautiful apartment has been completely renovated.

You will stay on the 6th floor (with elevator) of a Perret building, an architectural gem classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! A little paradise to enjoy Le Havre and its region. In addition to optimal comfort, you can enjoy breathtaking views. Shops are located at the foot of the apartment and the Tram is less than 200m away on foot.

Accommodating up to 4 travelers, it is composed as follows:

  • An open-plan American-style kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, work surface, plenty of storage, kitchen utensils, ...
  • A living room with a quality sofa bed (140x200cm) and a UHD TV, with an unobstructed view of Volcan Niemeyer and the Bassin du Commerce.
  • A beautiful bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm) with a dressing room and an unobstructed view of St. Joseph's Church and Les Halles Centrales.
  • A shower room with an "Italian-style" shower.
  • Separate toilets.

The accommodation is very pleasant to live in, spacious, and well-equipped.

Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and activate the bank deposit in case of overflow or damage. We thank you for your understanding.

Guest access

When you come to stay with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.

Public transport: The nearest tram station is at Hôtel de Ville, less than a 5-minute walk away. If you prefer the bus, the nearest stop is just a few meters from the main entrance (lines C2 and 4).

Access by car is very simple, and there is a (paying) parking lot at the foot of the apartment "Parking des Halles".

The neighborhood

The accommodation is located in the hyper-center of Le Havre, close to the main points of interest in the city.

Your journeys will be facilitated by its proximity to rail and road networks. You will be only 10 minutes from the train station, making this accommodation ideally located for all your trips in the region (Deauville, Honfleur, Etretat...). You are also close to all shops and cultural centers. It only takes a 10-minute walk to get to Le Havre beach.

⏳ Need flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: €50.
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).

- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.
