Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this charming 46m² loft will seduce you with its proximity to the sea, its brightness, and its decoration blending modernity and tradition.

Located 50m from the beaches, the casino, and shops, right in the heart of Trouville's Golden Triangle, you can discover on foot all the magic of this seaside resort.

The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a quiet and secure residence, offering stunning views of the heights of Trouville. Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel at home. It consists of a large living room with an open kitchen (dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, etc.), high ceilings with exposed beams, a seating area with TV and high-quality convertible sofa (140x190cm sleeping area), as well as a bedroom area equipped with a 140x200cm bed (brand Emma, new 16/12/2024). The bathroom completes this luxury accommodation with a designer shower and sink, toilet, towel warmer, and hairdryer.

The accommodation is very bright and not overlooked. It is fully equipped and can accommodate up to 2 guests.

Free wifi access. Linens and sheets are provided in the rental. Laundry room (washer dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, high-quality fan/air conditioner, etc.).

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we thank you for limiting noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank guarantee in case of overflow or damage.

The neighborhood

The apartment is ideally located by the beach, in a quiet residence, at the foot of the casino, shops, and attractions of Deauville-Trouville.

- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.
