The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Hollow Needle".

This beautiful T2 apartment will charm you with its cozy atmosphere and its proximity to the beach.

Located on Rue d'Etretat in the heart of the renowned St. Vincent neighborhood, you can discover all the magic of the city of Le Havre, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, on foot. You will stay at the foot of shops, 500m from the town hall, and less than 200m from the beach.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a quiet and secure residence.

Designed for 2 people, it consists of:

• A living room with a sitting and dining area. The living room is equipped with a Smart TV providing access to YouTube, Netflix, etc., and a workspace for remote work.
• An open-plan fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, oven/microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals.
• A bedroom with a quality Queen Size bed (160x200cm).
• A bathroom with shower and toilet.

The accommodation is very bright and warm.

There is no parking space available, but you can ask us for advice on nearby private parking lots and streets where parking is still free.

Provided for your convenience: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, etc.

Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events are allowed in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and activate the bank guarantee in case of overflow or damage. We thank you for your understanding.

Guest access

When you stay with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.
Parking is charged around the accommodation from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles. A trip to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! Trams and buses are also a good way to get around the city.
Closest underground parking to the accommodation: Beach Parking (free) or Town Hall Parking - €6.90 for 12 hours, then €0.10/15min extra. 7-day pass €23.

Guest interaction

We will be delighted to personally welcome you to our accommodation. Please let us know your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover as smoothly as possible. We wish you an excellent stay with us!

The neighborhood

The apartment is ideally located in the St. Vincent neighborhood, close to shops, the beach, and the main attractions of Le Havre. For your shopping, foodies will be satisfied, especially with Les Halles, which are less than 500m from the apartment. You can also enjoy the various restaurants in the city center (Les Enfants Sages, Le Margote, etc.).

Other things to note

Your host will be available during your stay so you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Check-in will be physically done between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to organize the key handover as smoothly as possible.

Check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

We do our best to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid ID may be required upon entry. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
