The space

Fully renovated and tastefully decorated, this charming apartment will delight you with its cozy ambiance, beautiful private terrace (with access from both the living room and bedroom), and dedicated parking space.

📍 Ideally located in the heart of Le Havre, in one of the iconic buildings designed by architect Auguste Perret, you can explore the magic of this UNESCO-listed city entirely on foot. You'll stay just steps away from shops, 50 m from the casino, and 300 m from the beach.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a quiet, secure residence (no elevator). Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel right at home.

Designed for 4 guests, the apartment features:
🔸 A living area with lounge and dining space, with direct access to the terrace. The living room has a high-end sofa bed and Smart TV with access to YouTube, Netflix, etc.
🔸 A fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, oven/microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.).
🔸 A master suite with Queen size bed (160x200 cm), dressing room, private bathroom with walk-in shower, and a desk area for remote working.
🔸 Separate WC.

🅿 The property includes access to a shared parking lot (spaces are not assigned — availability cannot be guaranteed).

✅ Included: bed and bath linen, free WiFi, Smart TV, outdoor furniture, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, etc.

💡 For families, we can provide on request a travel cot (mattress and fitted sheet not included) and a high chair. Please request it before your arrival.

🚫 Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

🚫 To respect the neighborhood, please limit noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. No parties allowed. Failure to respect the house rules may lead to immediate contract termination and deduction from the deposit.

Guest access

You will have access to the entire apartment.

🚗 If the residence’s parking lot is full, street parking is metered from 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5:30 PM (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles. Heading to the beach? Parking is free for everyone nearby! Tram and bus are also excellent options to explore the city.

🅿 Closest underground car park: Les Halles (Volcan) – €6.90 for 12 h, then €0.10 per 15 min. Weekly pass: €23.

🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option. We remain available to assist you with any requests throughout your stay.

📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be sent to you before your arrival, including essential information about the accommodation (contact details, check-in instructions, WiFi, check-out rules, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover, and more.

⚠️ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

The neighborhood

📍 Ideally located in the city center, in a quiet residence close to shops, the beach, the casino, and all of Le Havre’s main attractions. For groceries, food lovers will enjoy Les Halles (less than 300 m away). You'll also find great restaurants nearby like Les Enfants Sages and Le Margote.

- Check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

⏳ Need flexibility?
- Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge).
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability / €20 extra charge).

⚠️ in case of unforeseen circumstances :
- Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.

- Breakfast is not included.
- Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit.
