The space

Recently renovated and fully equipped, we offer a stay in a bright apartment that offers a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and Trouville beach. It is located within the Roches Normandes residence, right next to the famous Roches Noires where Marguerite Duras and Marcel Proust stayed. You will be immediately captivated by its proximity to the beach and its view offering magnificent sunsets.

Completely refurbished, it's a true little paradise to enjoy Trouville life and discover our beautiful region.

Located on the ground floor, it can accommodate up to 4 people (ideally 1 couple and 2 children).

It is organized as follows:

• a fully equipped open kitchen with dining area on its raised bar.
• a living area with high-end convertible sofa.
• 1 open bedroom on the mezzanine floor (please note ceiling height of 1m) equipped with a double bed in 140x200cm.
• 1 bathroom with "Italian-style" shower with rainfall showerhead. Separate toilet.

The residence is located in a quiet area, just steps away from the famous Roches Noires, with direct and private access to the beach. The place is full of history, and we will not fail to reveal its secrets to you upon your arrival :)

Available for you: bed and bath linens, iron and ironing board. The accommodation has a Smart TV in the living room (access possible: Netflix, Youtube, etc.).

Please note that breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to activate the security deposit in case of excesses or damages. We thank you for your understanding.

When you stay with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.

Guest interaction

We will be delighted to personally welcome you to our apartment. Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize your key handover as smoothly as possible. We wish you an excellent stay with us!

The neighborhood

The apartment is ideally located in the famous Roches Noires district, on the Trouville-sur-Mer boardwalk and just minutes from the Casino, Cures Marines, and the best restaurants in the resort.

Other things to note

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Physical check-in will be between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please inform us of your arrival time as early as possible to organize your key handover.
Departure: Between 8 am and 11 am.

We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged €20, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid ID may be requested upon check-in. A check-in inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your security deposit.
