EXCEPTIONAL VIEW! Stunning apartment for 4 people located seaside with direct and private access to the beach!

Recently renovated and fully equipped, we offer a stay in a bright apartment that offers a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and Trouville beach. It is located within the Roches Normandes residence, right next to the famous Roches Noires where Marguerite Duras and Marcel Proust stayed. You will be immediately captivated by its proximity to the beach and its view offering magnificent sunsets.

Completely refurbished, it's a true little paradise to enjoy Trouville life and discover our beautiful region.

Located on the ground floor, it can accommodate up to 4 people (ideally 1 couple and 2 children).

It is organized as follows:

• a fully equipped open kitchen with dining area on its raised bar.
• a living area with high-end convertible sofa.
• 1 open bedroom on the mezzanine floor (please note ceiling height of 1m) equipped with a double bed in 140x200cm.
• 1 bathroom with "Italian-style" shower with rainfall showerhead. Separate toilet.

The residence is located in a quiet area, just steps away from the famous Roches Noires, with direct and private access to the beach. The place is full of history, and we will not fail to reveal its secrets to you upon your arrival :)

Available for you: bed and bath linens, iron and ironing board. The accommodation has a Smart TV in the living room (access possible: Netflix, Youtube, etc.).

Please note that breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to activate the security deposit in case of excesses or damages. We thank you for your understanding.

When you stay with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.

📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be provided upon your arrival. It includes essential information about the accommodation (check-in, WiFi, check-out, etc.) as well as our top local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover...

Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, along with the exact number of guests. This allows us to prepare your arrival with the care you deserve.

The neighborhood

The apartment is ideally located in the famous Roches Noires district, on the Trouville-sur-Mer boardwalk and just minutes from the Casino, Cures Marines, and the best restaurants in the resort.

Your welcome is 100% personalized, and we remain available for any specific requests.

📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Standard check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

⏳ Need flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: €50.
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).

⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances:
- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property:
- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- No parties allowed
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation
- Pets are not allowed
- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
