Ideally located in the heart of Caen (at the foot of the Orne riverbanks), this beautiful ground floor apartment will charm you with its warm decor, brightness, and its continuous terrace offering a direct view of the Orne river and the city center.

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Penthouse".
Recently renovated, with a surface area of 85m², this is the perfect place for a family, business, or friends stay. You can enjoy the ambiance of downtown while being in a quiet environment. The residence is secure and has an elevator.
Everything has been designed to make you feel at home!
You'll be just a few meters away from the recently built shopping center "Les Rives de l'Orne". The SNCF train station is less than a 5-minute walk away, and a tram stop serving the city center and surrounding areas is less than 50m from the apartment.
Arranged to accommodate up to 6 guests, it consists of:
Living areas:
- A fully equipped independent kitchen (refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, small dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, worktop, plenty of storage, and kitchen utensils);
- A large living/dining room with direct access to a continuous terrace offering a superb unobstructed 180° view, equipped with a Smart UHD TV, a table for 8 people, and a convertible corner sofa where 2 guests can sleep (ideally children/teens);
Sleeping area:
- A beautiful master suite equipped with a 160x200cm bed with a small en-suite shower room;
- A second bedroom equipped with a double bed (140x190cm), a wardrobe, and a desk (ideal for remote work);
- A bathroom with bathtub;
- A laundry room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The accommodation does not have a private parking space; however, paid private parking lots are available a few steps from the apartment (such as the parking lots of Les Rives de l'Orne or the train station). It is also possible to find paid parking spaces on the street. Depending on your needs, we will provide you with the necessary information.
The following are provided free of charge: bed linen and towels, WiFi, tea and coffee, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.
Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we thank you for limiting noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank guarantee in case of excesses or damage.
Guest Access:
By staying with us, you will have access to all different parts of the accommodation. Please note, it is important to specify that this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Likewise, children should be supervised by their parents.

The Memorial and the D-Day beaches, Etretat and its impressive cliffs, the superb abbeys hidden along the Seine, the moving and fascinating sites that punctuate the D-Day beaches, but also the charming picturesque villages of Pays d'Auge and finally the seaside pleasures, shopping, horse racing, or even the casino of Deauville.

📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Standard check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM
⏳ Need flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: €50.
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).
⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances:
- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.
🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property:
- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- No parties allowed
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation
- Pets are not allowed
- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
