The space

Beautiful triplex located in the heart of the marinas of Deauville, renovated, offering a magnificent view of the sea/beach of Deauville! It is the ideal place for a Norman getaway between Land & Sea!

Located within the famous marinas of Deauville, with no overlooked views, and arranged over 3 levels (triplex), this superb contemporary apartment features a balcony/terrace with sea and beach views, 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and 1 with bunk beds), and 2 bathrooms (including one with a double shower). It is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

With a maximum capacity of 6 people, the apartment is composed as follows:

• On the first level: A spacious living area with a balcony/terrace (equipped with an outdoor table with 2 chairs) offering a panoramic view at 180° between land and sea, a fully equipped open kitchen with a central island that can accommodate up to 8 people, and a living room equipped with a Smart TV;
• For the sleeping area, on the second level, you will find: 1 beautiful bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200cm) offering a view of the Touques and the port of Trouville sur Mer, a bedroom equipped with 2 single bunk beds, and a very beautiful and spacious bathroom with a shower, Italian-style;
• On the top level: a master suite equipped with a King size bed (180 x 200 cm), a bathroom with double showers, and a separate toilet;
• A resting and working space is also available, ideal for travelers wishing to work remotely.

The location is idyllic for those who want to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a quiet area (5 minutes walk from the city center and the casino).

Provided for your convenience: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washer dryer, dishwasher, etc...
Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

Upon request, a private outdoor parking space can be provided for the duration of your stay.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10pm and 7am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank deposit in case of overflow or damage. We thank you for your understanding.

⚠️ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

The neighborhood

Our apartment is located in the heart of the Deauville marinas, in a secure luxury residence. It is located a 10-minute walk from Deauville-Trouville SNCF train station.

⏳ Need flexibility?

• Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge).
• Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability / €20 extra charge).

⚠️ in case of unforeseen circumstances :
- Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.
