The space
Beautiful spacious Perret-style apartment in the hypercenter of Le Havre, offering a superb view of Rue de Paris, the Chain, and the Perret buildings classified as UNESCO World Heritage Sites. It's the perfect place to enjoy a stay right in the heart of downtown while being in a quiet environment. You'll be just a 2-minute walk from the sea.
Very spacious and functional, our apartment is located on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a quiet and easily accessible residence in the hypercenter of Le Havre. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! A cozy nest to enjoy Le Havre and its region. The apartment is located on Rue de Paris, a few meters from Notre-Dame Cathedral, close to the Muma museum, the famous "Container Chain," and the town hall.
We can accommodate up to 6 travelers.
Fully furnished and equipped, it includes:
- A fitted kitchen, with refrigerator and freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, kitchen utensils, washer...
- A very large living room with a dining area leading to a beautiful continuous balcony offering stunning views of the Chain and the town hall;
- Three beautiful bedrooms, one equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm), dressers and storage, the second is a TWIN room equipped with two single beds (90x200cm), and the third has a double bed (140x200cm) with a dresser;
- A spacious bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
The accommodation is very pleasant to live in, spacious, and well-equipped.
Available to you: Bed linen and towels, TV, dishwasher, washing machine...
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank deposit in case of overflow or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
Guest access
During your stay, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.
Right in the heart of downtown Le Havre, the HĂ´tel de Ville tram station is a 5-minute walk away. If you prefer the bus, the nearest stop is just a few meters from the main entrance (lines C2 and 4).
Access by car is very simple; we will provide you with a parking pass (no reserved spaces, parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis). Otherwise, you will easily find parking nearby the apartment (paid parking).

🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option. We remain available to assist you with any requests throughout your stay.
📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be sent to you before your arrival, including essential information about the accommodation (contact details, check-in instructions, WiFi, check-out rules, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover, and more.
⚠️ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
The neighborhood
Our accommodation, just 2 hours from Paris, is ideally located for visiting Normandy's most beautiful sites: Etretat and its impressive cliffs, the stunning abbeys hidden along the meanders of the Seine, the moving and fascinating sites that mark the D-Day beaches, as well as the charming picturesque villages of the Pays d'Auge, and finally the pleasures of the seaside, shopping, horse racing, or even the casino of Deauville.

- Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge).

- Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in.
🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.

- A valid ID will be required upon arrival.
- Breakfast is not included.
- Undeclared guests will be charged €100 per night per person, deducted from the security deposit.
