The space

Are you looking for an exotic experience? Our stunning property is the perfect place to rejuvenate! Located 10 km from Deauville and Honfleur, you will be immediately seduced by its location just a few meters from the sea and its interior decoration combining the charm of the old with modern amenities to provide you with optimal comfort.

With a maximum capacity of 8 people, the accommodation is composed as follows:

• Ground floor: A superb fully equipped kitchen, open to a living/dining area. A beautiful master suite equipped with quality bedding in 160x200cm and its adjoining bathroom with bathtub completes this level.
• First floor: 3 bedrooms with a sea view, including a master suite equipped with a Queen Size bed in 160 x 200cm, 1 double bedroom also equipped with a Queen size bed, and a third bedroom equipped with 2 single beds in 90x200cm. A third independent shower room is located on the first floor.
• 2 independent toilets.

Outside, you can enjoy a splendid and relaxing setting with a beautiful terrace equipped with an outdoor dining table for 8 people and a beautiful garden offering a view between land & sea.

You can easily park 2 to 3 vehicles inside the property.

The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Normandy while being less than a 5-minute walk from the sea, 10 minutes by car from the city center of Honfleur and Deauville.

Available for your use: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. The armchairs in the photos are left at your disposal as well as 2 sun loungers and two other outdoor armchairs + 1 charcoal barbecue. Everything is freely accessible under the canopy of the dairy.

Note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we thank you for limiting noise between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to activate the bank guarantee in case of excesses or damages.

Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, along with the exact number of guests. This allows us to prepare your arrival with the care you deserve.

The neighborhood

The house is located in Pennedepie, close to the famous Apreval Manor and less than 10km from Deauville and Honfleur.

📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Standard check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

⏳ Need flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: €50.
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).

⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances:
- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property:
- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- No parties allowed
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation
- Pets are not allowed
- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
