The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Rooftop".

Renovated and decorated with care, it can accommodate up to 2 people.

It is composed as follows:

• A beautiful living/dining room equipped with direct access to the terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture to enjoy the Normandy sunshine.
• A lovely kitchen open to the living room, fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all the necessary equipment to cook delicious meals with family or friends.
• A bedroom equipped with a quality Queen size bed (160x200cm).
• 1 shower room with bathtub. Separate toilet.

Complimentary amenities include: bed linen and towels, WiFi, tea and coffee, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.

During the summer season between June and September (dates subject to change according to the condominium), you can access the shared pool of the residence.

Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages.

When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.

📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be provided upon your arrival. It includes essential information about the accommodation (check-in, WiFi, check-out, etc.) as well as our top local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover...

Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, along with the exact number of guests. This allows us to prepare your arrival with the care you deserve.

The neighborhood

You will stay in a secure and quiet residence. The accommodation is located in the Beaulieu district, a few meters from the Stade d'Ornano (Stade Malherbe de Caen), less than a 5-minute drive from the city center. By public transport, take bus number 3 from the train station. From the accommodation, to reach the city center, take the tramway (T1, T2, T3).

📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Standard check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

⏳ Need flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: €50.
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).

⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances:
- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property:
- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- No parties allowed
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation
- Pets are not allowed
- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
