Ideally located in the hypercenter of Caen (at the foot of pedestrian streets and shopping areas), this beautiful triplex apartment will charm you with its originality and authenticity.
The space
Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Saint Laurent".
Recently renovated, you will especially appreciate the charm of the old (exposed beams, old non-functional Caen stone fireplace) combined with a contemporary and warm decoration. You feel like you're in the countryside while being in the hypercenter. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home! Very bright, you will reside just a few meters from the Notre Dame de la Gloriette church (which can be seen from the apartment), the famous Place St Sauveur, and pedestrian streets.
Arranged to accommodate 4 travelers, it is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A large fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, work surface, plenty of storage, and kitchen utensils);
- A cozy small living room with Smart UHD TV;
On the 1st floor:
- A beautiful lounge area, reading, and game room with a small desk, ideal for remote work;
- A sloping ceiling bedroom with a high-quality double bed in 140x200 cm;
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet;
- A laundry room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
On the 2nd floor:
- A sloping ceiling bedroom with a high-quality double bed in 140x200cm and a reading area with a view of the Notre Dame de la Gloriette Church and the rooftops of Caen. To prevent summer temperatures, an air conditioner is available if needed. The accommodation does not have a private parking space, however, paid private parking lots are available a few steps from the apartment (especially Paul Doumer parking). To get around, you can easily access various public transport options, such as tramway and buses.
Complimentary amenities include: bed linen and towels, WiFi, tea and coffee, iron and ironing board, and washing machine.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damages.

By staying with us, you will have access to all different parts of the accommodation. Please note, this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Likewise, children should be supervised by their parents.

The accommodation is located at the foot of the pedestrian street Saint-Pierre, next to the Notre-Dame-de-la-Gloriette church, 100m from the town hall, and the famous Place St Sauveur.

The memorial and the D-Day beaches, Etretat and its impressive cliffs, the superb abbeys hidden in the meanders of the Seine, the poignant and fascinating sites that punctuate the D-Day beaches, but also the charming picturesque villages of the Pays d'Auge and finally the seaside pleasures, shopping, horse racing, or the Deauville casino.

- Standard check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM
⏳ Need flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: €50.
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).

- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
