The space

This beautiful villa with a garden, located just steps away from Place Morny, the casino, shops, and the sea, will charm vacationers wishing to enjoy the appeal of Deauville while staying in a peaceful setting!

Arranged over two levels, its area is 160m². It has five bedrooms, four of which have private shower/bathrooms. With no overlooking neighbors, it also has a private outdoor garden to enjoy the first rays of sunshine.

With a maximum capacity of 10 people, the house is composed as follows:

Ground Floor: A fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a Smart TV and direct access to the garden, and a dining area with a table that can accommodate 10 settings. One bedroom with a double bed + mattress topper in 140x200cm with an adjoining bathroom.
First Floor: 2 beautiful bedrooms with 140x200cm bedding, each with its own shower room.
Second Floor: 2 bedrooms equipped with 140x200cm bedding, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a children's playroom with games and a TV.
Note that each TV has access to Netflix.

The house has an indoor parking space and a terrace with a garden (an outdoor table with chairs is available, as well as 3 sun loungers).

The location is idyllic for those wishing to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being less than a 5-minute walk from the beach. The house is located next to Place Morny, where you will find the local market, convenience stores, restaurants, and bars nearby.

Available to you: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.

Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

RESPECT THE NEIGHBORHOOD: To respect the neighbors, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 PM and 7 AM. No festive events will be tolerated within the property. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement and activate the security deposit in case of overflows or damages.

🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option. We remain available to assist you with any requests throughout your stay.

📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be sent to you before your arrival, including essential information about the accommodation (contact details, check-in instructions, WiFi, check-out rules, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover, and more.

⚠️ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

Our accommodation is located in the heart of Deauville, 5 minutes from the beach, the Casino, the Algotherm Thalasso, etc.

- Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.
