The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Saint Maclou".

It is located in the heart of Rouen, specifically on Martainville Street, a 10-minute walk from the SNCF train station, 5 minutes from the famous Vieux Marché square, and surrounded by the best shops and restaurants in Rouen.

Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, this superb, bright contemporary duplex apartment offers all the necessary comforts for a wonderful stay within a residence with typical Rouen architecture. Everything has been designed to make you feel at home!

With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment is composed as follows:

  • An open-plan American-style kitchen leading to the living room, fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, work surface, ample storage, kitchen utensils, etc.);
  • A spacious living area with a lounge/dining area, Smart TV (you can log in to Netflix and Canal+ with your credentials);
  • A bathroom with bathtub;
  • Sleeping area: Upstairs (please note the relatively narrow staircase), two separate bedrooms equipped with Queen size beds (160x200 cm).

The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the charm and life of Rouen while being in a quiet environment.

Available amenities include: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

NB: The apartment does not have a parking space, but paid private parking lots are available within 2 minutes of the apartment.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to use the security deposit in case of excesses or damages. Thank you for your understanding.

The neighborhood

The accommodation is located in the hyper-center of Rouen, close to all the main tourist attractions of the city (the Gros Horloge is less than a 5-minute walk away).

You are also close to all shops and cultural centers.

⏳ Need flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: €50.
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).

- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property:
- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- No parties allowed
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation
- Pets are not allowed
- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
