The space

Superb studio located in the heart of the Apreval Estate. It will charm travelers looking to recharge in a green setting, typical of Normandy, while being just 10 minutes away from the city centers of Deauville and Honfleur!

Ideal for a family or friends getaway, we'll be delighted to offer you a unique experience in Normandy at the heart of the famous Apreval estate. Specialized in apple and pear cultivation, and the production of cider products, it's along the seaside, on about twenty hectares, that the typical orchards of the Pays d'Auge flourish.

Our charming little studio boasts a superb view over the Pays d'Auge, the orchards, the sea, and the Seine estuary. It's a little paradise to enjoy our beautiful Normandy region.

Located within the Apreval estate (quiet and secure), everything has been designed to make you feel at home!

Fully equipped, it consists of the following:

• A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, workspace, storage, kitchen utensils, etc.).
• A small living/dining area without a television.
• A sleeping area equipped with a quality Queen Size bed in 160x200cm.
• A "Italian-style" shower room with toilet that offers a view of the orchards.

The accommodation is located on the first floor, it is very bright and without vis-à-vis.

Depending on the seasons, you can enjoy the apple and pear picking and brewing activities (mainly from September to December). You can discover the distillation of Calvados in June. Finally, you can discover all the manufacturing processes with guided tours from July 14th to August 31st. Tasting is possible all year round, and free, at the bar, on the terrace facing the orchards, or sheltered in the Victor room (depending on the seasons and weather).

And if you ask with a big smile, perhaps the owners of the estate will offer you a tour and tasting of their wonderful products :)

Upon request, a private outdoor parking space can be made available to you for the duration of your stay (the estate also has an EV charging point).

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank guarantee in case of overflow or damage. The neighborhood

Our accommodation is located 10 minutes by car from the city center of Deauville/Trouville and Honfleur.

Just 2 hours from Paris, you can visit our most beautiful Norman sites: Etretat and its impressive cliffs, the superb abbeys hidden along the twists and turns of the Seine, the moving and exciting sites that mark the D-Day beaches, but also the charming picturesque villages of the Pays d'Auge and finally the seaside pleasures, shopping, horse racing in Deauville or even the casino.

• Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge).

- Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.
