The space

Superb apartment located in Bénerville-sur-Mer (5 minutes from Deauville) on the mid-heights of Mont Canisy. It will charm travelers looking to enjoy a little greenery with a magnificent view between land and sea!

With no vis-à-vis and on the ground floor, this superb contemporary apartment features 2 balconies and a small garden with sea views.

With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment is composed as follows:

• A large room with a living/dining area and an open-plan fitted kitchen. This room features a chaise longue chair, a 3-seater sofa, a Smart TV, and a balcony from which you can admire magnificent sunsets.
• For sleeping arrangements, you will find: A beautiful bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200cm), a balcony offering access to a small garden with sea views, as well as an adjoining Italian-style shower room. A second bedroom completes the apartment, equipped with a double bed measuring 140x200cm and a wardrobe. Separate toilet.

The location is idyllic for those who want to enjoy Deauville-Trouville while being in a quiet area (5 minutes by car from the casino and the city center, 30 minutes on foot).

Available for your use: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc... Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

Upon request, a private outdoor parking space can be made available to you for the duration of your stay.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10pm and 7am. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank guarantee in case of excesses or damages. Thank you for your understanding.

📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be sent to you before your arrival, including essential information about the accommodation (contact details, check-in instructions, WiFi, check-out rules, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover, and more.

⚠️ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

The neighborhood

The apartment is located within a secure residence on the heights of Mont Canisy. You can easily explore on foot the famous batteries of Mont used during the Second World War, which offer breathtaking views of the Côte Fleurie.

• Late check-in available upon request until 10:00 PM (€20 extra charge).
• Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability / €20 extra charge).

- Arrival after 10:00 PM is not possible unless a prior arrangement has been made with your host before check-in.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property :
- Noise must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Strictly non-smoking property.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the security deposit.
