The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Panorama".

With no vis-à-vis and on the ground floor, this superb contemporary apartment features 2 balconies and a small garden with sea views.

With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment is composed as follows:

• A large room with a living/dining area and an open-plan fitted kitchen. This room features a chaise longue chair, a 3-seater sofa, a Smart TV, and a balcony from which you can admire magnificent sunsets.
• For sleeping arrangements, you will find: A beautiful bedroom with a Queen size bed (160x200cm), a balcony offering access to a small garden with sea views, as well as an adjoining Italian-style shower room. A second bedroom completes the apartment, equipped with a double bed measuring 140x200cm and a wardrobe. Separate toilet.

The location is idyllic for those who want to enjoy Deauville-Trouville while being in a quiet area (5 minutes by car from the casino and the city center, 30 minutes on foot).

Available for your use: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc... Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

Upon request, a private outdoor parking space can be made available to you for the duration of your stay.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10pm and 7am. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank guarantee in case of excesses or damages. Thank you for your understanding.

When staying with us, you will have access to all different parts of the accommodation.

Guest interaction

We will be pleased to personally welcome you to our apartment. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover as smoothly as possible. We wish you an excellent stay with us!

The neighborhood

The apartment is located within a secure residence on the heights of Mont Canisy. You can easily explore on foot the famous batteries of Mont used during the Second World War, which offer breathtaking views of the Côte Fleurie.

Other things to note

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Physical check-in will take place between 4pm and 8pm. Please do not hesitate to inform us of your arrival time as soon as possible to organize the key handover as smoothly as possible.

Check-out: Between 8am and 11am.

We strive to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible regarding your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30pm will be charged €20, to be paid via the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, so please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid ID may be required upon check-in. An inventory and photo report of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
