The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Cozy Chic".

A beautiful 2-room apartment of 40m2 located on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a small condominium with Norman architecture. Ideally located in the heart of Trouville, especially in the famous Bonsecours district!

With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment consists of the following:

• A large very bright living room with a view over the rooftops, a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, Nespresso machine, hotplates, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, waffle iron, etc.), a large dining table for 4 people, a quality sofa bed (140x200) and closets;
• On the sleeping side, you'll find a beautiful bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm).
• A bathroom with shower and toilet.

The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Trouville while being in a quiet area (5 minutes walk from the city center and the casino).

Available for your use: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental. Games, DVDs, books, and a speaker are also available.

The accommodation does not include a private parking space (street parking or paid private parking).

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank guarantee in case of overflow or damage. Thank you for your understanding.

We'll be pleased to personally welcome you to our apartment. Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to best organize your key handover. We wish you an excellent stay with us!

The neighborhood

Right in the center of Trouville, close to the shops and restaurants of Rue des Bains. Two minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the train station. Lively, vibrant, and very pleasant neighborhood. Ideal for exploring Trouville and Deauville on foot with friends or family!

Possible activities: beach, golf, casino, close to Deauville, harbor, fish markets, seawater spa, Deauville racecourse, Honfleur 20 minutes by car.

Getting around

Trouville-sur-Mer train station is a 15-minute walk away - car parking is possible on the street (paid).

Other things to note

Your host will be at your disposal during your stay so you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Physical check-in will take place between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to best organize your key handover.

Check-out: Between 8 am and 11 am.

We do our best to provide you with a quality welcome. Thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your security deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution, please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid ID may be requested upon entry. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional guests other than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
