The space

Located within the famous marinas of Deauville, this superb cozy apartment features a continuous terrace offering a superb 180° sea view.

With a maximum capacity of 2 people, the apartment consists of:

• A spacious living area with an open kitchen to a lounge area with direct access to the balcony/terrace.
• For the sleeping area, you will find a beautiful bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200cm) and sea view. ATTENTION: Please be aware that the apartment DOES NOT HAVE shutters. We have temporarily put up screens to limit brightness as much as possible; however, they are not full height, thus allowing daylight to pass through.
• A bathroom with bathtub.

The location is ideal for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while being in a quiet area (5 minutes walk from the city center and the casino).

Available for your use: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, etc... Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

On request, we can also offer you a private parking space.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank guarantee in case of overflow or damage. We thank you for your understanding.

The neighborhood

Our apartment is located in the heart of the marinas of Deauville, in a secure luxury residence. It is located 15 minutes walk from the Deauville-Trouville SNCF train station.

📅 Arrival and departure times:
- Standard check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

⏳ Need flexibility?
- Late check-in possible until 10:00 PM (€20 surcharge). After 10:30 PM: €50.
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability).

⚠️ In case of unforeseen circumstances:
- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible unless previously arranged with us.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property:
- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- No parties allowed
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation
- Pets are not allowed
- In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
