Our charming studio is located next to the famous Roches Noires where Marcel Proust and Marguerite Duras have stayed. You will be immediately captivated by its premium beachfront location. Fully renovated, it's a true little paradise to enjoy the Trouville life and discover our beautiful region.

Located on the ground floor, it can accommodate up to 2 people.

After 2 small steps giving you access to the apartment, you will find:

• a living/dining room equipped with a quality convertible sofa offering a small niche with sea views.
• a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, and all the necessary equipment to cook good meals for couples or friends.
• 1 shower room with a rain shower effect.

The residence is located in a quiet area, just steps from the famous Roches Noires, with direct and private access to the beach. The place is full of history, and we will not fail to reveal its secrets to you upon your arrival :)

Available for your use: Bed linen and towels, iron and ironing board.
Please note that breakfast is not included in the rental.

In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the bank guarantee in case of excesses or damages. 📖 A personalized digital welcome booklet will be sent to you a few hours before your arrival. It includes all essential information about the property (key handover, check-in and check-out details, WiFi code, etc.) as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, and hidden gems to discover.

Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, as well as the exact number of guests. This allows us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve.

The neighborhood

The apartment is ideally located in the famous Roches Noires district, on the edge of the Trouville-sur-Mer boardwalk and a few minutes from the Casino, the Cures Marines, and the best restaurants in the resort.

- Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

- Early check-in available only upon prior request (subject to availability).

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property:
- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events will be tolerated.
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If more guests than those indicated in the reservation stay in the property, a surcharge of €100/person per night will be deducted from the deposit.
