Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents to you "The Pearl"!

Immerse yourself in an atmosphere that is both gentle and chic, while enjoying facilities dedicated to your well-being (Balneo SPA Aubade equipped with water and air jets, canvas and connected projector (Chromecast, access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Channel, and YouTube), private loggia, etc.).

Arranged to accommodate a couple, it features:

• A romantic and warm corner equipped with a Balneo SPA, a projector with a giant screen, a Bluetooth speaker, high-quality Queen Size bedding (160x200cm), and an Italian shower;
• A kitchen area (fully equipped) open to a cozy living room with a Smart TV;
• A bright and green loggia.

Available for you: Bath linen, Balneo/SPA access, Projector, Tea & Coffee (for your check-in)... Literature enthusiasts can enjoy the few books at their disposal. And, of course, the bedding will be prepared with love before your arrival :)

Upon request, we can also provide:

A parking space in an outdoor private parking (however, as the spaces are not nominative, we cannot guarantee that one will always be available);
Create a romantic atmosphere with rose petals and a half-bottle of champagne (supplement of €40);
A crib.

It is located in the Notre Dame district, a few seconds from the sea.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighbors, noise should be limited between 22:30 and 7:00. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and activate the bank deposit in case of excesses or damage. Thank you for your understanding.

By staying with us, you will have access to all different parts of the accommodation.

Guest interaction

We will be delighted to welcome you personally and show you our beautiful apartment. If possible, please let us know your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover as smoothly as possible.

If you have any special requests, feel free to ask us; we will be happy to do our best to fulfill your wishes (a supplement may be requested depending on customer requests).

The neighborhood

The accommodation is located in the city center of Le Havre, just steps away from pedestrian streets and the town hall. Within a few steps, you will find many gourmet restaurants and various shops. Parking is payable around the accommodation from 9:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:30, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays). Free parking in the city for all electric vehicles. A quick trip to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! Trams and buses are also a good way to get around and explore the city. The nearest underground parking to the accommodation is Les Halles (Volcan) - €6.90 for 12 hours, then €0.10/15 minutes extra. Weekly package: €23.

Other things to note

Your host will be at your disposal during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: The welcome will be done in person between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to organize the key handover efficiently.

Check-out: Between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM.

We strive to provide you with a quality welcome. Thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 PM will incur a charge of 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.

In the event of arrival after 10:30 PM, it will not be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our utmost to find a solution; please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid identification may be requested upon entry. An inventory and photo inventory of the facilities will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person and per night will be deducted from your deposit.
