The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Marina".

Located within the famous marinas of Deauville, with no vis-à-vis, and arranged over 3 levels (triplex), this superb contemporary apartment boasts a balcony/terrace with sea and beach views, 3 bedrooms (including 1 superb sea view), and 2 bathrooms.

With a maximum capacity of 6 people, the apartment is composed as follows:

• On the first level: A spacious living area with balcony/terrace offering a 180° view between land and sea, a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining table, and a lounge area with Smart TV.
• On the sleeping side, on the second level, you will find: 1 beautiful bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), overlooking the heights of Trouville and its fishing port, as well as a bathroom with bathtub.
• On the top level: 2 bedrooms equipped with 2 queen-size beds (160x200cm), one of which has its own shower room offering a direct view of the sea.

The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy the charm of Deauville while staying in a quiet area (5 minutes walk from the city center and the casino).

Provided for your convenience: bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
Upon request, an outdoor private parking space can be provided for the duration of your stay.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to claim damages from the security deposit for any excesses or damages. Thank you for your understanding.

We will be pleased to personally welcome you to our apartment. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover as smoothly as possible. We wish you an excellent stay with us!

The neighborhood

Our apartment is located in the heart of the marinas of Deauville, in a secure upscale residence. It is located a 10-minute walk from the Deauville-Trouville SNCF train station.

Other things to note

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Physical check-in will be between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please inform us of your arrival time as early as possible to organize the key handover smoothly.

Check-out: Between 8 am and 11 am.

We strive to provide you with a quality welcome. We appreciate your precision regarding your arrival times and ask you to notify your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will incur a charge of 20 euros, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will not be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid ID may be required upon check-in. An inventory and photo inspection of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional guests stay in the accommodation beyond those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of 100€/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
