The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Sea view".

You will be immediately seduced by its unique charm and its location offering an incredible view of the Seine Estuary. Bright and airy, it is located just steps away from the historic center and shops, yet nestled on a quiet street allowing for peaceful nights. Our apartment is a true little paradise to enjoy Honfleur and discover our beautiful region. The accommodation is located in a beautiful condominium, typical of Honfleur, on the 3rd floor (no elevator).

Comfortable, it can accommodate up to 5 people.

It is composed as follows:

• A beautiful living/dining room with breathtaking panoramic views over the entire Seine Bay.
• A beautiful open-plan kitchen equipped with (hob, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender, dishwasher, and all necessary equipment to cook delicious meals with family or friends).
• 2 bedrooms (including 1 master suite with shower area) equipped with quality bedding in 140x200cm.
• 1 bedroom with a boat bed (110x180cm) to accommodate a child or teenager.
• 1 bathroom with bathtub.

WiFi and linen are provided in the rental. On request, we can also provide a baby cot.

We also provide a private and secure parking space for our guests (located 5 minutes walk from the apartment). Highly appreciated during tourist periods! Off-season, it is easy to park nearby, either towards the Côte de Grâce (and its superb chapel), or towards St Siméon.

Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank guarantee in case of overflow or damage.

By staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.

Guest interaction

We will be pleased to welcome you personally to our apartment. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover as smoothly as possible. We wish you an excellent stay with us!

The neighborhood

You will stay in a quiet residence, located within the golden triangle of Honfleur, a 4-minute walk from shops, the Sainte Catherine church, and the old basin. Placed on a height, it offers a unique view of the city, the Seine, all navigation traffic, the Normandy Bridge, the north bank, and the harbor entrance of Le Havre.

Other things to note

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Check-in will be done physically between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please inform us of your arrival time as soon as possible to organize the key handover.

Check-out: Between 8 am and 11 am.

We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our utmost to find a solution, so please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid ID may be required upon entering the premises. A check-in and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional guests than those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€/person and per night will be deducted from your deposit.
