Our superb apartment is located next to the famous Black Rocks. You will be immediately captivated by its 40m² terrace, its premium beachfront location, and its panoramic sea view.
It's a true little paradise to enjoy Trouville life and discover our beautiful region.

The apartment is arranged over two floors and can accommodate up to 8 people.

After 2 small steps giving you access to the apartment, on the ground floor you will find:

• a large living/dining room with direct access to the terrace offering breathtaking views of the beach and the sea.
• a beautiful open kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, and all the necessary equipment to cook good meals with family or friends.
• 1 master suite

Upstairs:

• 3 bedrooms with new bedding (2 are equipped with double beds, one with an attached bathroom and 1 bedroom equipped with single beds in 90x200cm)
• 2 bathrooms with Italian showers

The residence is located in a quiet area, just steps away from the famous Black Rocks. The place is full of history, and we will not fail to reveal its secrets to you upon your arrival :)

Available for you: bed and bath linens, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, etc...

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise on the terraces must be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive event will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to activate the security deposit in case of excesses or damages. We thank you for your understanding.

🤝 We are available 7 days a week to answer all your questions and assist you throughout your stay.

📖 A personalized digital welcome booklet will be sent to you a few hours before your arrival. It includes all essential information about the property (key handover, check-in and check-out details, WiFi code, etc.) as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, and hidden gems to discover.

Please let us know your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, as well as the exact number of guests. This allows us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve.

The neighborhood

The apartment is ideally located in the famous Roches Noires district, on the Trouville-sur-Mer boardwalk and just minutes from the Casino, Cures Marines, and the best restaurants in the resort.

- Standard check-in: between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM
- Standard check-out: between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM

- Early check-in available only upon prior request (subject to availability).
- Late check-out possible upon request (subject to availability).

- Please contact us as early as possible so we can find the best solution together.

🚫 Please respect the peace and quiet of the property:
- Noise must be limited between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- No parties or events will be tolerated.
- Strictly non-smoking accommodation.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement and retain all or part of the deposit.
- If more guests than those indicated in the reservation stay in the property, a surcharge of €200/person per night will be deducted from the deposit.
