The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "La Trouvillette".

Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, we can accommodate up to 6 travelers.

It is composed of:

• On the ground floor: A beautiful kitchen/dining room (with stove, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, and all necessary equipment for cooking delicious meals).
• On the 1st floor: a small living room with a quality convertible sofa, TV (cable), and fireplace (decorative only)
• On the 2nd floor: 1 beautiful master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bedding in 160x190cm)
• On the 3rd floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in 90x200cm that can be joined together + second adjoining bathroom
• On the 4th floor: 1 attic bedroom with 2 single beds

The house is arranged over 3 levels + converted attic.

The location is idyllic for those who want to enjoy Trouville while being quiet and less than a 10-minute walk from the beach.

Complimentary amenities include: Bed linen and towels, WiFi, tea, and coffee. A crib can be provided (upon request only).

Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10pm and 7am. No festive events will be tolerated on the premises. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and to activate the bank deposit in case of overflow or damage.

Guest access

When staying with us, you will have access to all areas of the accommodation.

Guest interaction

We will be pleased to welcome you personally to our charming house. Please let us know your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize your key handover more effectively. We wish you an excellent stay with us!

The neighborhood

The house is ideally located in a quiet street, parallel to shops and restaurants, and 10 minutes from the train station. It is typical of the architecture of the famous fisherman's houses in Trouville.

Other things to note

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Check-in will be done in person between 4pm and 8pm. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to organize your key handover.
Departure: Between 8am and 11am.

We do our best to provide you with quality service. Thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for notifying your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged 20 euros, to be paid through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution, so please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid ID may be requested upon entry. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€ per person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
