The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The Wagtail".

Ideal for a family, friends, or couples getaway, we are delighted to offer you a unique experience in Normandy at the heart of the Apreval Estate. Specializing in the cultivation of apples and pears, and the production of cider products, the typical orchards of the Pays d'Auge flourish on about twenty hectares by the sea.

The accommodation offers a superb view of the Pays d'Auge, the orchards, the sea, and the Seine estuary. With both a terrace and a balcony, it's a little paradise to enjoy our beautiful Normandy region.

Set up as a duplex in a quiet and secure estate, everything has been designed for you to feel at home!

Fully equipped, it includes:

• An open-plan fitted kitchen with refrigerator, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, workspace, plenty of storage, kitchen utensils, ...
• A living room with a dining table for 4 people overlooking a terrace overlooking the estate's orchards.
• Two beautiful bedrooms, one being a master suite, and the second with 2 single beds and a balcony with a breathtaking sea view.
• 1 separate toilet

The accommodation is very bright and not overlooked.

Provided for your convenience: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, etc ... Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

Depending on the season, you can enjoy apple and pear picking and pressing activities (mainly from September to December). You can discover the distillation of Calvados in June. Finally, you can learn about all the production processes with guided tours from July 14th to August 31st. Tastings are available all year round, free of charge, at the bar, on the terrace facing the orchards, or sheltered in the Victor room (depending on the seasons and weather).

And if you ask with a big smile, perhaps the owners of the estate will offer you a visit and tasting of their wonderful products :)

Upon request, an outdoor parking space can be provided for the duration of your stay.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately and to activate the bank guarantee in case of overflow or damage. Thank you for your understanding.

The neighborhood

Our accommodation is located a 10-minute drive from the city center of Deauville/Trouville and Honfleur.

Just 2 hours from Paris, you can visit our most beautiful Normandy sites: Etretat and its impressive cliffs, the superb abbeys hidden along the twists and turns of the Seine, the moving and fascinating sites along the D-Day Landing Beaches, but also the charming picturesque villages of the Pays d'Auge, and finally the beach pleasures, shopping, horse races in Deauville, or the casino.

Other things to note

Your host will be available during your stay so that you can have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Check-in will be done physically between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please let us know your arrival time as early as possible to organize the key handover.

Check-out: Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.

We do our utmost to provide you with a quality welcome. We thank you for being as precise as possible about your arrival times and for informing your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 p.m. will be charged €20, to be paid by the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or debited from your deposit.

In case of arrival after 10:30 p.m., it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution, so please inform us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.

A valid ID may be required upon check-in. An inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional guests stay in the accommodation other than those indicated in your reservation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
