The space

Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "By the Water's Edge".

Located in the heart of the famous St Vincent neighborhood, this beautiful apartment with an area of ​​45m² has an ideal location to discover Le Havre and enjoy its quick access to the beach.

With a maximum capacity of 4 people, the apartment is composed as follows:

• A spacious living room with an equipped open kitchen, a living area equipped with a high-quality convertible sofa and a smart TV.
• On the night side, 1 beautiful bedroom with a double bed and a dressing room.
• You will also benefit from a bathroom with a shower.

The location is idyllic for those who wish to enjoy Le Havre while being in a quiet area (500 meters from the beach and 3 minutes from shops).

Depending on availability, you may (with a bit of luck) park on the street (paid depending on the location). Unfortunately, as the spaces are non-nominative, we cannot guarantee you a parking space in advance.

Available to you: Bed linen and towels, free WiFi, iron and ironing board, washing machine, etc... Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise should be limited between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and to activate the bank deposit in case of overflow or damage. We thank you for your understanding.

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.

Check-in: Physical check-in will be between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible to organize the key handover.

Check-out: Between 8 am and 11 am.

We strive to provide you with a quality welcome. We appreciate your precision regarding your arrival times and kindly ask you to inform your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will incur a charge of 20 euros, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.

In the event of arrival after 10:30 pm, it will not be possible to accommodate you, and your overnight stay will not be refunded if applicable. Please note that we will always do our best to find a solution; please inform us as soon as possible in case of unexpected delays.

A valid ID may be requested upon entry. A check-in inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be carried out before your arrival.

If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of 100€ per person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
